摘要
目的了解白癜风患者与A型性格及焦虑、抑郁的相关性。方法采用张伯源教授编制的中国版的A型行为类型问卷(TABP)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),对白癜风患者进行A型性格及情感测定,并与中国普通人群常模进行对比分析。结果 114例白癜风患者TABP分值为27.26±6.57,多数为混合型性格,与常模相比无差异。SAS分值为46.08±10.06;SDS分值为49.39±11.58,显著高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论白癜风患者多数为混合型性格,焦虑、抑郁量表均值在中等程度或以上,存在一定心理障碍,属心身性皮肤病范畴。
Objective To understand the correlation between vitiligo patients and A-type personality,anxiety and depression.Methods One hundred and fourteen vitiligo patients were enrolled,and a survey was carried out in patients with vitiligo using（TABP）,（SAS）,（SDS）questionaire.Healthy persons formed the control group.Results The TABP score in 114 vitiligo patients was 27.27±6.57,mostly mixed-type personality,the same as norm.SAS score was 46.08±10.06;SDS score was 49.39±11.58,both were significantly higher than that in normal persons（P〈0.001）.Conclusions Most patients with vitiligo were mixed character,but the anxiety and depression scale mean were in the middle level or above,they have some psychological barriers.Vitiligo is a psychosomatic skin disease.
