摘要
目的:研究银屑病患者的心理健康状况及心理防御机制.方法:采用90项症状自评量表,抑郁、焦虑自评量表及心理防御方式问卷,对35例银屑病患者进行测试并与35例健康人对照.结果:病例组在总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、其它因子分及焦虑抑郁量表总分均高于对照组(P<0.05～0.01).不成熟的心理防御机制因子分明显高于对照组(P<0.05～0.01).结论:银屑病患者心理健康状况较差,心理防御方式存在缺陷.
Objective:To study the mental health and psychology defense mechanism in patients with psoriasis.Methods:35 patients with psoriasis and 35 normal controls were evaluated by SCL-90,SDS and DSQ.Results:The psoriasis group showed higher total scores and subscores such as somutization,obsession,interpersonal relationship,sensitivity,depression,anxiety,etc.than the normal controls (P<0.05~0.01).The former also had significantly higher immature psychology defense (P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion:The patients with psoriasis had bad mental health health and defects in psychology defense mechanism.
