摘要
针对液压机结构特点,应用ANSYS软件的UIDL和APDL语言,开发了覆盖常用参数YL27和YL32系列的液压机产品有限元结构设计系统。设计了图形界面参数输入对话框,实现了液压机的参数化建模,有限元分析和优化设计等功能,实现了不同结构液压机开发设计的简捷化、快速化,使得液压机的结构更加优化,材料分布更加合理,有效降低了生产制造成本和产品开发周期。最后,利用本系统对YL32-800型液压机进行了优化分析,结论表明,在不降低机床刚度和强度的条件下,机身整体重量减小了28.5%。
According to the structural characteristics of hydraulic press,using UIDL and APDL languages of ANSYS software,the finite element structural design systems of YL27 and YL32 series hydraulic press products which cover the common parameters were developed.By designing graphical interface dialog boxes to input parameters,the functions of parametric modeling,finite element analysis and design optimization were realized.It makes design simple and speedy and the structure optimized and the material distribution is more reasonable,which reduce the cost of production and the product development cycle effectively.And finally,by using the system to execute design optimization for YL32-800 hydraulic press,the results show that the whole weight of the machine is reduced by 28.5% under the case that the intensity and rigidity requirements are fulfilled.
