摘要
针对轮胎定型硫化机设计中的实际工程需求 ,将结构有限元分析技术与优化方法相结合 ,以硫化机的主要部件横梁为例 ,研究了硫化机的结构拓扑优化设计和结构尺寸优化设计 ,讨论了其中的一些关键技术 ,包括应力和位移约束下连续体结构的拓扑优化、基于离散变量的结构优化设计和敏度分析 。
In order to meet the actual project requirements of designing tire vulcanizer, by means of combing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) with structure optimization, the designs for the structural topological optimization and structural dimension optimization were studied with the beam of vulcanizer as an example. Some essential and techniques were discussed, including the design of the structural topological optimization for continuum structure considering stress and displacement, the design of structural dimension optimization based on discrete variable and sensitivity analysis. The applications to projects verified the validity of the proposed methods.
