摘要
设计了一种用于空间光学遥感器的调焦结构,结构采用正反螺旋的丝杠、双螺母和双连杆,弥补了传统调焦机构的不足。机构精度为0.0021~0.0029mm。工程分析结果表明,该机构动态刚度好、环境适应性强,适合在空间光学遥感器中使用。
A kind of focusing structure for space optics remote sensor was designed,which combined a positive and negative screw thread,a couple of screw nuts and links to compensate the shortcomings of traditional focusing structures.The precision of this structure was 0.002 1~0.002 9 mm.The engineering analysis showed that the structure had a high dynamic stiffness and environmental adaptability,and was fit for the usage in space optics remote sensors.
