Optical Focusing Mechanism for Short-arc Xenon Lamps

摘要 设计了一种用于短弧氙灯汇聚光学系统的调焦机构,对周向及轴向的调焦方式分别进行了设计及计算:一方面通过细牙螺纹的结构实现轴向调焦;另一方面通过一组偏心轮装置完成周向调焦。最终实现了机构的三维连续调焦,在此基础上研制了调焦机构样机,经过多次试验验证了该调焦机构的可靠性,效果良好。 An optical focusing mechanism for short-arc xenon lamps is designed. The focusing control meth-ods on axial focusing and lateral focusing are designed and calculated respectively. On one hand, axial focusing method is realized by the structure of fine thread. On the other hand, lateral focusing method is realized by a set of eccentric wheels. Three-dimensional and continuous focusing method of the mechanism is realized at last. Based on this, the structure sample of the focusing mechanism is developed. Its reliability is verified by many tests and good results are obtained.
