摘要 采用响应面分析法(RSM)中CCD数学模型优化工艺参数,考察乳化剂用量、乳化时间、乳化温度、搅拌速度各因素之间相互作用对石蜡乳液稳定性的影响。得到乳化石蜡制备的最佳工艺条件:Tween80质量为复合乳化剂质量的32.7%,乳化剂用量为总乳液质量的7.056%,乳化时间为46 min,搅拌速率为1 240 r/min,在此条件下,实验制备得到平均粒径为0.286μm,分散性为0.224的石蜡乳液。结果表明:该模型综合分数预测值为0.656,与实验验证值0.638的相关系数为0.973 2,可用于实际预测。 A central composite design(CCD) of response surface methodology was used to optimize the process parameters,and the factors affecting the stability of paraffin emulsion such as emulsifier quantity,emulsifying time,temperature and stirring speed were studied.The optimum conditions are as follows: the mass of Tween80 is 32.7% of that of complex emulsifier,the emulsifier consumption is 7.056% of total emulsion mass,emulsifying time is 46 min,stirring speed is 1 240 r/min.Under these conditions,the paraffin emulsion with average droplet size of 0.286 μm and dispersion of 0.224 can be prepared.The result shows that the correlation coefficient of predictive value 0.656 and measured value 0.638 is 0.972 6,so the model can be used in practice reliably.
