摘要
针对煤焦油加氢尾油催化脱蜡制得的橡胶油不符合KA6环烷基橡胶油的色度指标,文中采用白土精制对其进行了脱色处理。白土精制单因素分析结果表明:各因素对色度的影响大小:白土用量>吸附温度>吸附时间>搅拌速度,在此基础上以橡胶油色度为优化目标,进行了响应面优化试验,得到白土精制的优化工艺条件:白土质量分数11.66%,吸附温度103.63℃,吸附时间40.17 min,搅拌速度149.63 r/min,橡胶油色度从9降至0.524。
Since the rubber oil from the coal tar hydrogenation tail oil catalytic dewaxing is not in conformity with the chromaticity index of KA6 naphthenic rubber oil, the decoloring process was performed with clay refining. The results of clay refining single factor analysis show that the effect of various factors on the chroma is clay dosage 〉 adsorption temperature 〉 adsorption time 〉 stirring speed. On that basis, taking the rubber oil chromaticity as optimization target, the experiment of response surface optimization was conducted. The result shows that the chroma of rubber oil can decline from 9 to 0. 524 under the optimal conditions of clay dosage 11.66% , adsorption temperature 103.63 ℃, adsorption time 40.17 min, the stirring speed 149.63 r/min.
