摘要
介绍了人事考试工作的作用,分析了当前人事考试工作存在的考试纪律不健全、考试命题针对性不强、考试安全制度有待完善等问题,相应提出了创新人事考试的对策及建议。
In this paper,the author introduced effect of personnel testing,and analyzed problems of distemperedness of testing discipline,weak pertinence of testing proposition and testing security system to be advised in current work of personnel testing.At the end of paper,the author put forward countermeasures of innovating personnel testing.
