摘要
番茄红素是一种天然类胡萝卜素,因其优越的生理功能日益引起人们的关注,而番茄红素提取及检测方法的研究对于进一步了解番茄红素的生理功能具有非常重要的意义。本文综述了番茄红素的提取和检测方法,通过分析各方法的优缺点,以期为进一步开发利用番茄红素提供理论、实践依据和文献线索。
Lycopene is a natural carotenoid, more and more attention are paid to it due to its superior physiological function, but the way of extraction and analysis is very necessary to further study the physiological function. In this paper, in order to provide the theory, practice and reference to further develop lycopene, the ways of extraction and analytic testing methods for lycopene were reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.
