摘要
目的研究国内七年制临床医学专业的课程设置结构的特点,借鉴国内外医学教育模式,对提升我校七年制临床医学教育质量提供理论参考。方法通过文献分析法、实地考察、资料收集法、咨询法了解国内外课程设置的相关理论及国内七年制临床医学专业课程设置结构的整体状况,在此基础上对国内11所医学院校进行调查分析。结果七年制临床医学专业课程设置结构中公共基础课、医学基础课、医学专业课的学时数和门数各个学校差异较大,其中理论与实验课比例最高的达1∶0.91,最低的为1∶0.33,平均为1∶0.64,基础课程比重较高,实验技术、进展类课程分布无统一模式。教学、考核形式多样化,合格标准较传统。结论根据国家文件精神,结合调查结果,围绕七年制临床医学专业培养目标,本课题提出加强七年制临床医学专业学生基础知识学习与技能的培训,促进科研能力与综合素质的培养,满足个性化发展需要。
Objective To study the structure characteristics of the establishing curriculum structure of the domestic seven years clinical medicine and to learn the model of higher medical education from the oversea,it will supply us with the theoretic reference and promote the quality of seven years clinical medicine education in our university.Methods Through the literature analysis,field-work,information collection,questionnaire,we can know the theoretic relating to the curriculum system all over the world and the current situation of establishing curriculum of the domestic seven years clinical medicine.then we can investigate and analyze the eleven medicine universities/colleges we have chosed on the basis of above.Results There are significant difference among the number of study time and variety-course of the public-base course medicine-base course and medicine-professed course in many domestic medical universities/colleges.Among these,the ratio between theoretic course and experiment course: 1∶0.91(high),1∶0.33(low),1∶0.64(average);the ratio of basic course is very high;The distribution of method,experiment skill and advancement course haven′t the unified model.In these domestic medical universities/colleges,the form of teaching and examining are variety,but the criterion of passing a course is fairly traditional.Conclusion According to the questionnaire consequence,the research advise us to improve the seven years clinical medicine in the study of basic knowledge and skill,and to promote the ability of scientific research and general quality to meet the needs of characteristic development,and to provide the theoretic reference to the domestic seven years clinical medicine.
