摘要
分析体育院系智力资本管理的现状,指出存在的主要问题:管理者对智力资本管理的重要性缺乏全面认识;缺乏智力资本长期管理规划和有效性管理;智力资源难以共享;内在机制活力不够等。针对这些问题,提出构建体育院系智力资本的建议:提高认识,实行目标管理;更新观念,推进民主管理;以人为本,建立群体合力机制;营造氛围,健全评价与激励体系。
With the analysis of the status of intellectual capital management in PE institutes, the main problem is： manag- ers lack of comprehensive understanding of the importance of intellectual capital management;lack of long - term man- agement planning and effective management of intellectual capital; difficult to share intellectual resources ; lack of vitality on internal mechanism and so on. To solve these problems, it proposed harmonious construction of intellectual capital management in PE institutes：raising awareness, implement management by objectives;updating concept and promoting democratic management; people - oriented, community efforts to establish mechanisms; creating atmosphere, robusting an atmosphere of evaluation and incentive system.
