摘要
目的 :分析我院麻醉药品使用情况和使用趋势,为临床合理使用麻醉药品提供参考。方法 :统计我院2008-2009年住院患者麻醉药品的用药数量、消费金额、用药频度(DDDs),以药物利用指数(DUI)为分析指标对其临床使用情况进行分析。结果 :我院麻醉药品的使用数量及消费金额逐年增加;麻醉药品用药频度(DDDs)缓慢增长:芬太尼注射液的用药频度(DDDs)位居首位。吗啡控释片和瑞芬太尼注射液的药物利用指数(DUI)>1.0;其他药品的药物利用指数(DUI)<1.0。结论 :我院麻醉药品使用基本合理,但仍存在不合理现象.有待改进。
Objective. To analyze the situation and developing trend of the use of narcotics in our hospital in order to provide references for rational use of narcotics in clinical application. Methods： Data including the amount and money of drug consumption of narcotics, defined daily doses （DDDs）, of in-patients in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were collected, then we analyzed their utilization situation in the Clinical application according to the drug utilization index （DUI）. Results. The amount of use and consumotion of narcotics used in our hospital increased year by year; DDDs of narcotics increased slowly; The DDDs of Fentanyl injection stood first on the list. DUIs of morphine controlled-release tables and Remifentanil injection were more than 1.0; DUIs of the other drugs were less than 1.0. Conclusion： The using of narcotic drugs in our hospital is essentially reasonable, but there still exist irrational use narcotics, so it should be further improved.
