摘要
介绍了石门电厂2^#机组运行,腐蚀情况;通过对垢量测定,材质校核,腐蚀产物确认,运用光谱分析、电镜分析,裂解法色谱分析等手段,对产生腐蚀的原因进行了探讨,并提出了腐蚀防护的建议。
In this paper, corrosion of the 2# boiler in Shimeng power plant has been studied using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and gas chromatography. The corrosion products are mainly composed of Fe3O4, Fe2O3 and FeCO3. The results show that the thermal cracking of the addition of modified alky-lamine, which produced low-molecular organic acids at high temperature, destroyed the passive Fe3O4 film and thus promoted acid corrosion of the boiler.
