摘要
针对汽车外饰塑料件在高温下发生变形问题进行了深入分析,提出发生超差热变形的设计影响因素及对应的解决措施,从而指导设计前期对于降低高温热变形的工程方案研究.通过有效的试验方法,验证设计的可靠性,保证产品零件满足高温环境下的使用要求.
The deformation of vehicle plastic parts in high temperature is deeply analyzed. Several effect factors causing the deformation and the related solutions to the thermal problem were discussed, which leads to studying a reasonable planning for reducing the deformation in the early engineering design stage. Through an effective testing method, the design reliability was verified, therefore ensuring the plastic products to meet the requirements of working in high temperature.
