摘要
车辆用回复反射器是安装在车辆外部对外来光源进行反射后反光的装置。在一定温度条件下,回复反射器的表面产生了不可回复的变形,俗称“鼓包”,不仅影响外观质量,还将导致配光不合格。本文分别从回复反射器的容积、产品形状尺寸、灯罩壁厚等方面因素入手,对产生“鼓包”问题的原因进行分析,通过模拟及试验验证得到可以降低“鼓包”风险的整改方向。
Retro reflector for vehicles means device installed on surface of vehicles that reflects light source from outside and then lighting by itself.At a certain temperature,retro reflector has a unrecoverable deformation on surface,which will not only affect the appearance quality,but also lead to unqualified photometry.Starting with the volume,the form factor,the shade wall thickness and other factors,this paper analyzes the causes of the swelling problem of retro reflector,and obtains the improvement measures that can reduce the risk of swelling through simulation and experimental verification.
