摘要
通过对传统加氢脱硫催化剂加以改进,研制出一种FCC汽油深度选择性加氢脱硫催化剂CoMoNi/Al2O3-SiO2。催化剂活性评价结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的脱硫活性和较低的烯烃饱和活性,在压力1.5 MPa、反应温度230℃、氢油比300∶1、空速2.0 h-1的条件下,脱硫率达到93.4%,总硫含量由442.3μg/g降低到29.2μg/g,辛烷值损失仅为0.7个单位。1500 h稳定性试验结果表明,催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性。
The traditional hydrodesulphurization catalysts are improved,and a deep selective hydrodesulphurization catalyst for FCC gasoline is prepared.The active evaluation results show that the catalyst possesses high desulfurization activity and low olefin saturation activity,the desulfurization rate of FCC gasoline is 93.4% and the content of total sulfur drops from 442.3μg/g to 29.2μg/g when the operating conditions are as follows: the pressure is 1.5MPa,reactive temperature is 230℃,volume ratio of H2/Oil is 300∶1 and LHSV is 2.0h-1,and its RON loss is only about 0.7.The evaluation results of the catalyst running for 1500h indicate that the stability of the catalyst is excellent.
