摘要 对中国石油四川石化公司采用GARDES技术新建110万t/a催化裂化(FCC)汽油加氢装置的开工和初期标定期间的运行情况进行了分析。结果表明:采用GARDES技术进行FCC汽油加氢处理之后,与原料FCC汽油相比,精制汽油中含硫量由60~80μg/g降至6~8μg/g,总硫脱除率达到88%~90%;精制汽油产品中烯烃体积分数为22%~23%,降低约6~7个百分点;芳烃体积分数为20%~22%,增加约2. 0个百分点;研究法辛烷值损失小于1. 0个单位。 The start-up and initial calibrated operation of the 1.1 Mt/a newly -built fluid catalytic cracking (FCC)gasoline hydrogenation unit adopting the GARDES technology in Sichuan Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,was analyzed.The results showed that after the FCC gasoline was processed by GARDES technology,the sulfur content in FCC gasoline decreased from 60-80μg/g to 6-8μg/g,and the total sulfur removal rate in gasoline reached 88%-90%.The olefin volume fraction in refined gasoline products was 22%-23%,which was lower than that of raw materials about 6-7 percentage points.The volume fraction of aromatic hydrocarbon was 20%-22%,rising about 2.0 percentage points and the loss of research octane number was less than 1.0 units.
