摘要
结合我国炼油技术发展的实际和催化裂化产品及工艺受到环保要求挑战的情况 ,指出2 1世纪催化裂化仍将是主要的转化技术。并阐述了 2 1世纪我国催化裂化的可持续发展战略。它包括 :需要发展一整套和FCC相配套的新技术 ,诸如降低催化裂化汽油烯烃和硫含量的技术 ;催化轻循环油生产低硫低芳烃柴油技术 ;发展重油催化裂化和生产轻烯烃的催化裂化家族技术 ;以及控制催化裂化装置污染物排放技术等重大战略措施。
In accordance with the developing reality of domestic petroleum processing and the situation of both of the FCC technology and its products facing the challenge of the environment protection demand, it is pointed out that FCC will still be the major conversion technology in the 21st century. It is further illustrated that the following measures of the sustainable developing strategy of catalytic cracking for 21st century in China should be adopted. A series of technologies will be developed compatibly for FCC. They are: the technology for reducing olefin and sulfur in FCC naphtha; the technology for production of low sulfur and low aromatics diesel fuels from FCC LCO; residue FCC and FCC family technologies for light olefins production; and the technology for controlling of pollutant emissions from FCC units, etc.
