摘要
采用无损检测方法针对生产中的大型锻件超标裂纹或非超标裂纹在后续工艺中导致废品的现象,提出利用应力强度因子、采用损伤容限分析手段,对含裂纹的大锻件进行断裂评价,以减少不应有的损失,保证在后续生产中产品的安全性和可靠性。
The large forgings which had over standard and non-over standard cracks by non destructive test were scrapped in subsequent machining technology, so the tolerable limit damage analysis based on stress intensity factor was adopted in the large-scale forging production process. The fracture evaluation to the large forging with cracks can reduce undue economic loss and ensure the safe and the reliability of products in the follow-up production.
