材料塑性对裂纹尖端应力应变参量影响的分析

摘要 在工程领域中,裂纹尖端的应力应变状况是众多影响裂纹扩展的重要因素之一,材料塑性对裂纹尖端应力应变场又有着重大的影响。为此,本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件,以工程中常用的紧凑拉伸试样为基础,分析了材料塑性对裂纹尖端应力应变参量的影响;并对其应力强度因子(KI)和J积分(J)进行了必要的验证以确保模型的正确性;在所建模型的基础上对所得结果进行了分析比较,包括应力强度因子和J积分沿厚度方向上的变化规律,材料塑性对不同路径上应力和J积分的影响,以及材料塑性对裂纹尖端区域应力应变的影响等。研究成果为进一步研究裂纹尖端断裂过程区的应力应变状况,特别是材料参数对裂纹尖端场的影响提供了一定的理论基础。 In the field of engineering,the stress-strain state at the crack tip is one of the important factors affecting crack propagation,and material plasticity has a significant impact on the stress-strain field at the crack tip.Therefore,this article uses ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the influence of material plasticity on the stress-strain parameters at the crack tip,based on compact tensile specimens commonly used in engineering;And necessary verification was conducted on its stress intensity factor(KI)and J-integral(J)to ensure the correctness of the model;Based on the established model,the obtained results were analyzed and compared,including the changes in stress intensity factor and J-integral along the thickness direction,the influence of material plasticity on stress and J-integral along different paths,and the influence of material plasticity on stress and strain in the crack tip region.The research results provide a theoretical basis for further studying the stress-strain status of the crack tip fracture process zone,especially the influence of material parameters on the crack tip field.
