氧化膜力学性能对应力腐蚀裂纹裂应力分布的影响

摘要 应力腐蚀开裂是当今工程断裂事故发生的主要原因之一,本文运用常用有限元软件,以工程中常用的紧凑拉伸试样(CT式样)为研究对象,使用多尺度研究方法,建立宏观模型与微观子模型,分析材料在应力腐蚀状态下,裂纹表面氧化膜力学性能变化会引起裂尖氧化膜和试件基体金属应力分布发生变化,为更加深入地研究试件裂纹尖端区域断裂过程的应力应变状况,特别是裂纹尖端氧化膜材料参数对裂纹尖端应力应变场的影响提供了一定的理论基础。 Stress corrosion cracking is one of the main causes of engineering fracture accidents today.This article uses commonly used finite element software and compact tensile specimens(CT style)commonly used in engineering as the research object.Using multi-scale research methods,macro models and micro sub models are established to analyze materials under stress corrosion conditions.The change in mechanical properties of the oxide film on the crack surface can cause changes in the stress distribution of the oxide film at the crack tip and the substrate metal of the specimen.This provides a theoretical basis for further research on the stress-strain status of the fracture process in the crack tip area of the specimen,especially the influence of the material parameters of the oxide film at the crack tip on the stress-strain field at the crack tip.
