摘要
通过对盾构机刀盘法兰锻件常规拼焊方案的详细分析,提出了一种全新的旋压扩孔成形理论,并应用该理论成功地将超大型盾构机刀盘法兰锻件国产化,解决了此类超大型盘形锻件的制造难题。
After thoroughly analyzing the regular splice welding scheme of the flange forgings of the cutterhead of large tunnel boring machine(TBM), the paper proposed a brand-new forming theory via spinning and reaming. Its application successfully realized the localization of the fl ange forgings of the cutterhead of large TBM, thus the manufacture problem was solved.
