摘要
通过对小学教师培养目标和职业技能构成的重新认识,提出高职教师教育中学生职业技能的全方位发展培养模式,重新构建职业技能课程体系,创设教师教育的特色文化氛围,建立双师型教师队伍,搭建实践与模拟教学的训练平台,坚持课内与课外训练相结合,实施职业技能考核的目标管理,从而培养社会所需的小学合格教师。
Based on a new understanding of the training goals and professional skills of primary school teachers,this paper puts forward a new mode for developing students＇ all-around professional skills of teaching in higher vocational education.For turning out qualified primary school teachers,vocational education should focus on reconstructing curriculum in vocation education,creating characteristic cultural atmosphere,turning out teachers with knowledge and skills both in their majors and future professions,setting up practice and simulation platform,combining classroom training with extra-curricular training,and implementing the target management of professional skills assessment.
