摘要
师范院校专业必修课程包括专业知识与职业技能两类课程。但职业技能课程的设置存在课程设置不太科学、课时分配不太合理、技能训练不太充分等问题。产生问题的症结主要是对文化素质教育、师范院校发展和学校教育教学认识的偏颇。这无疑会影响教学质量和培养目标,因而必须尽快解决。为此,可在提高认识的基础上重点抓住增设与职业技能课程相关的边缘学科课程、增强“教学法”课程的教学功能、增加技能训练的教学活动等几个环节,使既有问题得以逐步解决,使课程设置形成科学系统,以保证教学目的和培养目标的实现。
The required courses for student teachers in the normal university are divided into two kinds： courses for teaching their professional knowledge and courses for training their teaching skills.But the courses offered for training student teachers＇ teaching skills are not designed scientifically,imbalanced in the assignment of the class hours,insufficient in training student teachers＇ teaching skills and so on.The main problems are the biased views on the cultural quality education,the development of the normal university and the teaching of education in the normal university.There is no question that these problems will influence our teaching quality and teaching aims.We should solve these problems without delay from the following points.On the base of raising the awareness of these problems,we will focus on adding the correlated frontier courses to the courses offered for the student teachers＇ teaching training;strengthening the teaching functions of the courses,increasing the teaching training activities and so on.In this way these problems will be solved gradually and the curriculum will come to be a scientific system so that the aims of the teaching and the aims of cultivation will be guaranteed to achieve.
