摘要
测定了8例正常和21例BPH前列腺组织全匀浆以及8例正常和14例BPH前列腺上皮细胞和间质细胞内的γ-GT活性。结果表明,BPH前列腺组织全匀浆、上皮及间质细胞内γ-GT活性分别为正常前列腺组织的4.5、4.0和4.3倍,正常及BPH前列腺上皮细胞内γ-GT活性均显著高于间质细胞,提示在良性前列腺增生中前列腺组织内γ-GT活性增高可能起重要作用。
γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)is a key enzyme of γ-gluta-
myl cycle and associated with cell Proliferation and differentiation.The activity
of γ-GT in Prostate tissue homogenates of 8 healthy person and 21 BPH pati-
ents and in prostatic epithelium and stroma of 8 healthy person and 14 BPH
patients was determined for studing the association of γ-GT with BPH.Th^e
enzyme level in BPH prostate tissue homogenate,epithelium and stroma is 4.5
4.0 and 4.3 times as high as that in the health person's prostate,respectively;
and the activity of γ-GT in epithelium cells of both healthy and BPH pro-
state is higher significantly than that in relative stroma cells.These results
suggest that the high level of membrane-bound γ-GT has a importent role
in benign prostatic hyperplasia.
