摘要
测定了9例正常人和20例良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者前列腺组织全匀浆、上皮细胞及间质细胞中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果表明BPH前列腺组织全匀浆、上皮细胞及间质细胞中GSH的含量均明显低于正常前列腺,以DNA为基数表示GSH相对含量时,正常和增生前列腺上皮细胞中GSH的含量均明显低于间质细胞。提示前列腺组织中GSH含量降低可能与BPH的形成有关。
The reduced glutathione Contents in tissue homogenate,epithe-
lium and stroma cells of human BPH and healthy prostate were determined by
a fluorometric procedure to study the association of GSH content with benign
prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).The results indicate:1.the GSH level in tissue
homogenate,epithelium and stroma cells of BPH prostate is lower significantly
than that in the healthy prostate,respectively;2.the GSH content in
epithelium cells of both BPH and healthy prostate is lower significantly than
that in relative stroma cells.The results suggest that the change of gluthione
content in prostate tissue is related to the BPH.
