摘要
通过同时对良性前列腺增生(BPH)、前列腺癌(PCa)、青年正常前列腺(YNP)和老年非增生前列腺(ONP)组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、雄激素受体(AR)和雌激素受体(ER)进行免疫组化研究。结果发现:BPH组织中EGFR的高水平表达及其与性激素受体之间相互调节关系的失衡可能是BPH发生的关键因素之一;基底细胞的增殖是BPH发生的细胞学基础。PCa组织中EGFR的表达极度降低,且与AR、ER之间无相关性。
Immunohistochemistry was used to study the immunolocalization of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), androgen receptor (AR) and estrogen receptor (ER) in the tissue of human benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), Prostatic carcinoma (Pca), Young man mormal prostate (YNP)and old man non-hyperplastic prostate (ONP). The result showed. 1. the enhanced expression of EGFR, AR, ER and the imbalanced relationship between EGFR and AR, ER may be the crucial factors in the pathogenesis of BPH, BPH may result from the proliferation of basal cells. 2. the expression of EGFR was extremely decreased and there was no correlation between EGFR and AR or ER in the Pca tissues.
