振动力量训练提高排球运动员专项素质研究 被引量:7

A Research on Enhancing the Professional Capacity of Volleyball Players by Vibration Strength Training

摘要 实验组利用Power Plate振动力量训练器进行全身振动力量训练。通过振动力量训练法与传统力量训练法的比较研究,发现附加全身振动刺激的实验组运动员的弹跳素质有显著提高,同时速度素质和专项耐力素质也有所提高。这表明振动力量训练能有效提高排球运动员的专项素质。 The experiment group received body vibration training all over the body on the Power Plate.Compared with the traditional strength training,the authors found the jump capability of the experiment group had been raised significantly,while the speed and the endurance capacity had also been improved.This shows the whole body vibration training can effectively improve professional capability of volleyball players.
