摘要 振动力量训练是利用人体接受机械性刺激而产生有节奏的生物学反应而进行的训练。作为一种新的训练方法,它还处于测试阶段,但在力量训练中已显示出极强的生命力。主要从振动力量训练的发展历程、国内外研究现状、振动的生理学基础及有关振动系数等几个方面进行文献综述,分析、探索振动力量训练在现实中的应用。 The vibration strength training is a rhythmical biology react which produced by human body after accepting machinery stimulation. The articles about vibration strength training often appeared in the scientific literature of sports at present. As a kind of new training method, it is still at the test stage, but has already shown an extremely powerful vitality in strength trainning. It analyzed and explored the applications of vibration strength training, by reviewing literatures from the development course of vibration strength training, current research situation both at home and abroad, physiologic foundation of vibration and some relevant coefficiency etc.
