摘要
结合我国研发团队的创新特征和开放式创新背景,对West等提出的团队创新气氛研究进行细化和补充,通过项目收集与预试,最终编制了包含29个项目的团队创新气氛测量问卷。收集了215个研发团队中651名成员的正式问卷调查数据,通过探索性因子分析在萃取研发团队创新气氛八因子结构维度的基础上,利用结构方程检验八因子模型和单因子、二因子、四因子和高阶模型等备择模型的拟合比较,结果显示团队创新气氛的八个构面虽然存在一定相关性,但仍然具有一阶八因子结构。所得结果为研发团队创新气氛实证研究奠定了基础,并提出相应管理建议和对未来研究的展望。
On the basis of discussion about literature research and depth interviews,the paper constructed a concept model of RD team innovation climates based on team level in Chinese context and the background of open innovation.Then,the study investigated 215 RD teams of science and technology enterprise by means of questionaire survey and carried out exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The study final confirmed the optimization model of eight factors dimension-structure of RD team innovation climates by comparing the fitting data of alternative models among single-factor model,two-factor model,four-factor model and high-order model.The study had found although the eight facets of RD team innovation climates were related to each other,there also exist the one-order and eight-factor structure.Finally,the paper discussed the implication of these findings on management practice and the prospect of future research.
