摘要
目的:建立测定止嗽立效丸中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kro-masilC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相:甲醇-水(1∶1),检测波长为210nm。结果:精密度及稳定性均良好;盐酸麻黄碱浓度在0.63～4.38μg/mL范围内,峰面积与浓度(μg·mL-1)呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.22%。结论:本方法简单、快速、方便。
Objective：To establish a method for the determination of eyhedrine hydrochloride in Lisouzhixiao Pills.Methods：An HPLC metod was used with Kromasil C18 column（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）;The mobile phase was methanol-water（1：1）,with the detection wavelength at 210nm.Resultes：The precision and stability were fine.The linear correlations of eyhedrine hydrochloride were over the concentrations 0.63μg/mL to 4.38μg/mL （r=0.9999） respectively.The average recoveries of eyhedrine hydrochloride is （99.6±1.22）% respectively.Conclusion：The method was convenient and simple and fast.
