摘要 目的:建立鹿衔草中没食子酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定,色谱柱:KromasilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15∶85);检测波长:274nm;柱温:室温;流速为1.0mL.min-1;进样量:10μL。结果:没食子酸在16.28~195.36μg.mL-1的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),加样回收率为101.55%,RSD为2.50%;样品溶液在24h内稳定。结论:该测定方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于鹿衔草药材的质量控制,为鹿衔草药材的质量评价提供参考。 Objective : To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in Pyrolae Herba. Methods : HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) at room temperature;the mobile phase consisted of carbi- nol- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution( 15:85 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 274 nm. Results: The calibration curves of gallic acid were linear in the range of 16. 28 - 195.36 μg · mL^-1 (r = 0. 9995 ). The average recovery of quercitrin was 101.55% ( RSD = 2.50% ), and the properties of sample solution kept steady within 24 hours. Conclusion :This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the quality study of the wild and cultivated Pyrolae Herba.
