摘要
目的:观察葛花解酲汤治疗对酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法:120例酒精性肝病患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组给予口服易善复胶囊,每日3次,每次2粒,在此基础上,治疗组加用葛花解酲汤口服,每日2剂,疗程均为3个月,同时戒酒。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组在肝功能、肝纤维化指标和CT肝/脾比值的改善方面均优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:葛花解酲汤具有保护肝细胞功能、抗肝纤维化和减轻肝脏细胞脂肪变性的作用。
Objective：To investigate the treatment efficacy of Gehuajiecheng decoction on alcoholic liver disease （ALD）.Methods：120 patients were were randomly divided by into control group and treatment group,each group has 60 patients. The patients in control group were treated with Essentiale,while the patients in treantment group were given Gehuajiechen decoction in addition for 90days a course of treatment.The liver finction and the serum parameters of fibrosis and CT liver/spleen ratio were detected after and before the treatment.Results：In treatment group,the serum liver finction and hepatic fibrosis were significantly decreased,while the CT liver/spleen ratio was significantly increased in comparing with the control group. There was rignificant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Gehuajiecheng decoction treats ALD effectively.
