摘要
目的分析与总结葛根养阴解毒汤配合西药治疗酒精性肝病的效果.方法：资料选自2013 年5 月-2014 年5 月期间在我院接受治疗的68 例酒精性肝病病人,将其随机划分成两个组,即实验组与对照组,组均病人数量为34 例.对照组研究对象接受西药治疗,而实验组研究对象则接受葛根养阴解毒汤配合西药治疗,同时对比与分析两组研究对象的治疗效果.结果：经治疗之后,两组研究对象在总有效率、不良反应的发生几率等方面的比较具有显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论：葛根养阴解毒汤配合西药治疗酒精性肝病的效果较为显著,不仅能提升病人的整体效果,还能控制不良反应的发生,具有较高临床价值,值得推广.
Objective to analysis and summarize the effectof Pueraria Yangyin Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods：68 patients with alcoholic liver disease patient data from the 2013 May -2014 year during May treated in our hospital, it will be randomly divided into two groups, namely theexperimental group and the control group, the number ofgroups of patients of 34 cases. The control group subjects received the western medicine treatment, while the experimentalgroup research object is accepted puerarinYangyin Jiedu decoction combined with western medicinetreatment, treatment effect and analysis and comparison of two groups. Results：after treatment, two groups of subjects had the efficiency, in the total adverse reaction probabilityand the comparison with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： PuerarinYangyin Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of alcoholic liver diseaseeffect is very significant, not only can promote the overalleffect of the patient, but alsocan control the occurrence of adverse reactions, with high clinical value, worthy of promotion.
