摘要
从变速器的换档规律、同步器的设计原理等方面阐述了同步器设计开发中常用到的几个基本概念,并将概念具体化为设计条件,在同步器的开发中予以应用。在利用这些概念进行同步器设计的同时,将其程序化为同步器辅助开发软件的组成部分。
Several general terms about synchronizers are introduced from shifting rules and design theories in this paper.Then these terms are taken as design requirements and applied to the synchronizer＇s development.Furthermore,a CAD software based on the study for synchronizer design is developed.
