摘要
分析多挡变速器副箱同步器工况,选择锁销同步器作为副箱同步器,对同步器进行参数计算和结构设计,并给出台架试验中需要重点关注的地方,以验证同步器设计是否合理。
The working conditions of auxiliary box synchronizer of multi gear transmission were analyzed. Lockpin synchronizer was chosen as the auxiliary box synchronizer. Parameters calculation and structure design for the synchronizer were done. Notices in bench test were presented to validate the design rationality of the synchronizer.
