摘要
本文分析了应用最广泛的惯性式同步器同步啮合的原理,推导了为了保证惯性式同步器同步啮合,同步器设计参数须满足的要求,最后分析了同步器设计参数对同步啮合性能的影响,对同步器的设计具有一定的指导意义。
The paper analyzes the synchromesh theorem of synchronizer that is the most widely used. In order to guarantee synchromesh of the inertia synchronizer, the request which the design parameters of synchronizer must be satisfied with is proposed. Finally, the influence of the design parameters of synchronizer on synchromesh performance is ana lyzed.
