摘要
在ITI SimulationX中构建整车动力传动系统模型,并通过仿真计算,得出变速器齿轮在传动过程中驱动齿轮轮齿左右两侧界面所受法向力的变化,得出齿轮的啮合振动频率和异响噪声规律,可为研究变速器齿轮非线性振动噪声提供一定参考。
This paper set up an automotive powertrain model in ITI SimulationX and carried out the simulated calculation.The changes of the normal forces on the drive gear's left and right interfaces were obtained.Then the vibration frequency and the noise of the gear meshing were gained.The result could provide some reference to the study on nonlinear vibration noise of transmission gears.
