摘要
名优中药二次开发是积极发展中医药的一种新途径、新方法 ,对中医药现代化乃至中医药事业的发展都有着至关重要的作用。以精制清开灵注射液为例,从新药研发和中医药理论2个方面,结合选方选病、处方优化和机制研究等具体问题,探讨名优中药二次研发的思路和途径,认为名优中药二次开发应遵循"部分替代、局部优化、质量可控、疗效提高"的原则,且中医药理论在开发过程中具有重要指导意义。
The secondary development of high quality well-know formulas is a new way to improve the active development of TCM, which is important to the modernization of TCM and growth of Chinese medical cause. The paper discussed the thought and way of the secondary development of high quality well-know formulas taken refined Qingkailing Injection as an example based on new medicinal research, TCM theory, selection of formulas and diseases, formula optimization and mechanism research. The author believed that the secondary development should follow the above guideline, and also pay attention to the guiding significance of TCM theory.
