摘要
目的:考察精制清开灵注射液对内毒素致大鼠多脏器损伤的保护作用。方法:将内毒素500eu/kg(200eu/ml,2.5ml/kg)尾静脉注入大鼠,造成大鼠多脏器损伤,并施以药物治疗。结果:精制清开灵注射液具有明显的抗内毒素作用,恢复内毒素导致的脏器损伤。结论:增强自由基的活力和抑制过氧化损伤是精制清开灵注射液保护机体组织损伤的作用机理之一。
Objective： To investigate the protecting effect of refined Qing Kai Ling （RQKL） on the damnify of rat viscera induced by endotoxin. Method： The models were induced by injection of endotoxin into the rat and treated by injection of refined Qing Kai Ling. Conclusion： Experimental result revealed the antiendotoxin Effect of RQKL is definite. The injures in rat lung, heart, kidney, and liver were evidently recoveried by treatment with refined Qing Kai Ling. It＇s possible pharmacological mechanisms are the enhancing to the free-radical activity and the inhibition to over-oxidation.
