摘要
信任问题是制约电子商务发展的关键因素。从在线公司本身、公司网站、消费者个体特征、电子商务环境等角度分析了B2C电子商务环境下信任的影响因素,在此基础上提出构建B2C电子商务信任的对策建议。
The question of confidence is the key factor of electronic commerce development.The paper analyzes impact factors of trust in B2C electronic commerce from the point of view of on-line company,company website,consumer’s individual characteristics and electronic environment.Based on the analysis,some suggestions of setting up the B2C electronic commerce trust have been proposed.
