摘要
文章以用户为中心,构建出网络消费信任的影响机制。在此基础上,分析了现有各类型的居家养老生活服务平台在信任构建方面的问题点。基于老年用户认知的多维度特征,探索性总结出提升老年人网络消费体验信任度的相关设计原则,包括交互结构的生态合理性、信息框架的反馈多元性和视觉界面的认知统一性等方面。从交互体验设计方向进一步探讨提升老年人网络消费信任度的设计方法,优化老年群体的网络消费体验。
This essay will take the user as the center and analyze the impact of users’trust on network consumption.On this basis,the analysis of the shortage of the existing network platforms for providing pension services in building user trust would be provided.In addition,based on the multi-dimensional characteristics of the elderly users,this essay will summarize the design that could enhance the trust of the elderly consumers in the network platforms by exploring methods,including the ecological rationality of the interaction structure,the feedback diversity of the information framework and the cognitive unity of the visual interface.Starting from the direction of interactive experience design,the further improvement of the elderly’s trust in the network should be achieved,and the network consumption experience of the elderly groups would be optimized.
