摘要
职业成熟度极大地影响着大学生的就业潜力与职业前景。职业成熟度由职业发展的动力系统、职业发展的知识能力系统、职业发展的调节系统三部分构成,三个系统相互影响、相互促进。提高大学生职业成熟度,教师应着力于引导学生树立正确的择业观念和职业目标,加强心理辅导工作,增强大学生的知识储备和综合能力,重视开展大学生职业生涯规划教育及活动。
Professional maturity has great influence on the employment potentiality and professional prosperity of undergraduates. Professional maturity is composed of three compositions including dynamic system,knowledge and ability system and adjustment system of professional development,and the three systems are influenced and enhanced mutually. To enhance the professional maturity of undergraduates,teachers should try to guide students to establish right occupation selection view and professional objectives,strengthen mental assistance work,enhance the knowledge repertory and comprehensive abilities of undergraduates and pay attention to deploy professional career programming and relevant activities.
