两种高速涡轮机法拔除下颌阻生智齿的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对两种高速涡轮机法拔除下颌中位阻生智齿进行比较研究。方法对120例下颌阻生智齿随机采用两种高速涡轮机法拔除进行临床对比观察,记录手术时间、术后肿胀程度、疼痛程度、术后张口受限程度及干槽症发病情况,进行观察比较。结果牙龈切开翻瓣前涡轮机截冠法手术时间(平均30.12min)显著短于牙龈切开翻瓣后涡轮机截冠法(平均36.34min),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且前者的术后肿胀程度和疼痛程度及开口受限程度均显著轻于后者(P<0.05);其中牙龈切开翻瓣前涡轮机截冠法无干槽症发生,牙龈切开翻瓣后涡轮机截冠法有3例发生干槽症,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙龈切开翻瓣前涡轮机截冠法能缩短手术时间,减少术后肿胀、疼痛、张口受限、干槽症等并发症,值得在临床推广应用。
