摘要
目的探讨利用反角微创涡轮机采取平行两次截冠法去除水平阻生齿阻力,顺利拔除水平低位阻生牙的技术。方法选取来我院就诊拔除水平阻生齿的患者40例,其中实验组20例采取在冠部大约颈1/3处和根中上1/3处截断患牙,取出截断中间部分后,分别取出余留牙冠和牙根的平行两次截冠法。对照组20例采用常规微创拔牙的截冠去阻力拔除法。结果比较两种方法的手术时间,术后反应等客观指标。拔除水平阻生齿时,通过对各组数据进行统计分析,发现平行两次截冠法相较常规的微创截冠拔牙在手术时间,术后反应和患者主观感受方面的差异均具有统计学意义。结论相较常规的微创拔牙法,利用反角微创涡轮机采用两次水平截冠法可减少手术时间,减轻拔牙术后反应、以及并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application of anti-angle minimally invasive dental turbine with double cutting method to remove of the low level of impacted teeth. Methods Forty patients were randomly chosen and divided into two groups: the test group with 20 cases and the control group with 20 cases as well. The test group were treated with parallel double cutting method and cut in the one third part of the teeth neck and one third above the root. After removing the middle part of the crown, remove the front teeth and the remaining part of the root respectively. The control group were treated with conventional minimally invasive tooth extraction. Results Compare the objective parameters of the two methods in operation time and postoperative response, the differences between the two methods were statistically significant in terms of operative time, postoperative response, and subjective tolerance. Conclusion Compared to the conventional minimally invasive tooth extraction, the parallel double cutting tooth extraction with anti-angle minimally invasive dental turbine can reduce the time of surgery, patient's postoperative response and the tooth extraction complications also reduced.
