摘要
以丁香花粉为试材,研究了蔗糖和H3BO3的交互作用对丁香花粉萌发的影响和不同贮藏条件及时间对丁香花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:H3BO3、蔗糖及其两者的交互作用对丁香花粉萌发有显著影响,最适宜的花粉培养基为:蔗糖20mg/L+H3BO330mg/L;丁香花粉在室温下可以贮藏21d,加干燥剂的花粉比不加干燥剂的生活力高,在-80℃条件下耐贮藏力为35d,贮藏27d后生活力仍达4%左右。
Fresh pollen of clove was used as the experimental material to study the cloves pollen viability and storage life. The effects of sucrose,boron in solid culture on the germination of cloves pollen were studied. The results indicated that H3BO3 and sucrose interaction had remarkable effects on the germination of clove’s pollen germination. The optimum medium was sucrose 20 mg/L + H3BO3 30mg/L. The clove pollen could be stored 21 days under the room temperature. After stored for 27 days under the-80℃ conditions,the pollen viability also maintained about 4%.
