摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,测定福建诏安八仙茶儿茶素的含量.结果表明按选定的色谱条件,儿茶素的样品检测总含量在17.93%～18.99%范围内.福建诏安八仙茶儿茶素含量约18.34%左右、有很高的药用价值和经济价值.
The HPLC is applied to measure the content of catechin in Baxian Tea from Zhao’an,Fujian.The results show that the content of catechin in the sample ranges between 17.93～18.99%,and that the content is around 18.34%,which indicates that Baxian Tea is of high medical and economic value.
