锁阳中黄酮的提取工艺研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的优选锁阳中黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法分别以总黄酮含量、浸膏得率、儿茶素含量和抗自由基活性为评价指标,选择物料比(A)、提取时间(B)和提取次数(C)为考察因素,采用正交实验L9(34)优选锁阳中黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果锁阳中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:以60%的乙醇为提取溶剂,物料比为1∶14,提取时间3.0 h,共提取1次。结论优选工艺条件可为新药研究和工业化生产提供参考。 Objective To investigate the optimum ethanol extraction process conditions for the flavonoids in Cynomorium songaricure Rupr. Methods The content of total flavonoids and catechin , extraction rate, free radical scavenging activity were chosen as the assessment indices. With the solid - liquid ratio, reflux time and extraction time as investigation factors, the optimum ethanol extraction process of the flavonoids from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr was determined by L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal experimental design. Results The optimum extracting conditions was selected as follow: the ratio of raw material to 60% alcohol was 14: 1, the reflux time was 3 hours, and extraction times was one. Conclusion The optimum extraction process can give a reference to the research of a new medicine and industry production.
