摘要
目的对磨盘草微量元素的初级形态进行分析。方法用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了磨盘草中Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr的含量,并进行了初级形态研究。结果初级形态结果表明,8种元素在原药中的含量特征如下:Ca>Mg>Zn>Fe>Mn>Cu>Ni>Cr;总提取率中Mg超过了50%,其次是Ni(39.05%),其他元素均在35%以下;各元素残留率中,Zn、Cu、Ca的头煎残留率最高(86.48%,80.63%,80.54%),Mg的头煎残留率最低(60.08%);Cu的颗粒吸附率最高。结论为进一步探讨磨盘草微量元素与药效之间的关系提供了参考依据。
Objective To analyze the primary speciation of trace elements in Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet.Methods The contents of Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,Ni and Cr of Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet were determined by ICP-MS,and their primary speciation was studied.Results The results of primary speciation showed that the content characters of eight trace elements in primary sample were as follows:Ca〉Mg〉Zn〉Fe〉Mn〉Cu〉Ni〉Cr.The total extraction rate of Mg was more than 50%,the next was Ni (39.05%) and those of the rest elements were less than 35%.The first decocted residual rates of Zn,Cu and Ca were higher (86.48%,80.63% and 80.54%) than those of other elements,the first decocted residual rate of Mg was the least(60.08%).The Absorption rate of Cu was the highest.Conclusion The study provides reference information for further study of the relationship between the trace element and the medicine efficacy in Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet.
